Guests experienced an immersive tour of the estate, its amenities and features through unprecedented visual access to their future neighborhood that allowed them to imagine living in a living way. Upon entering the estate, the sprawling Estate Park complex will captivate residents and guests alike. “The Forbes Estates Lipa aims to be the home that meets all your needs, giving you the luxury of living at your own pace and allowing you to enjoy the things that really matter,” said Mico Racelis, Business Unit General Manager, Robinsons Land.

The estate was designed to improve the physical and mental well-being of its residents. Interior designer Chat Fores was inspired by the wellness approach for the whole community. Designers also made sure to respect nature by designing spaces without compromising nature to ensure that sustainability principles were incorporated into the estate’s master plan.

Environmental design and landscape architecture firm Crearis, led by founder and managing director Mike Espiritu, explained its plans for planting native species of trees and shrubs, as well as an orchard and fruit trees for make the landscape more productive. In addition to being in charge of the beauty and function of the open green spaces, they also designed the estate to manage stormwater and allow water to infiltrate.

Guests met prominent Lipa residents and entrepreneurs who have built and established deeply fulfilling and sustainable lifestyles, business ventures and creative projects outside of town.

News and Current Affairs host and columnist Cito Beltran, whose family has resided in Lipa since the 1970s/1980s, said property prices were cheaper than at P50,000 per hectare or P5 per square meter, but although prices have gone up, living in Lipa compared to the urban jungle of Manila has a lot of advantages. For entrepreneur and wellness advocate Pinky Tobiano, Lipa has been instrumental in the health and well-being of himself and his family. When she couldn’t fly to Singapore for her treatment during the pandemic, Tobiano found The Farm at San Benito was recognized by Singapore’s Mount Elizabeth Hospital.

“If you can invest in a lot in Forbes Estates Lipa right now during its pre-sale, I think that’s the perfect gift you can give yourself. The air is very cool and the population is not dense and look at this view, amazing so how can you not fall in love with Lipa,” she said pointing to the magnificent view of Lipa from her villa.

Charie Villa, a media consultant, acquired her 2-hectare property in Lipa in 2018 and decided to stay permanently in Lipa in 2019. She says life is simple but rewarding, especially since her property has many trees fruit trees.
