These are recent restaurant inspection reports for Marion County — May 16-21 — filed by state safety and sanitation inspectors.

— Basic – Employee beverage container on a food prep table or above/next to clean equipment/utensils. At the cooking line, the employee is drinking above the preparation table, the manager has moved. **Fixed in place** **Repeating violation**
— Basic – Food stored on the floor. At the cooking line, container with raw chicken on the floor, also at the walk-in freezer several crates of food on the floor.
— Basic – Pliers in use stored on equipment door handle between uses. At the cooking line, clamp on the handle of the oven, the director moved. **Fixed in place**
— Basic – Handy cooler interior/shelves have soil residue buildup. Coolers within easy reach at the bar
— Basic – Single-use items not stored upside down or away from contamination. At the cooking line, go containers not inverted, Manager inverted. **Fixed in place**
— Basic – Time/temperature control for improperly thawed safety foods. At the cooking line, raw chicken, raw fish and raw sausage, in standing water (68F), the manager moved everything to a cold room. **Corrective actions taken**
