In addition, all apartments will be connected by a series of air-conditioned interior corridors with elevators for maximum comfort all year round.
Future residents of Presidium Berkshire will enjoy a variety of unique amenities and upscale interiors catering to the modern tenant’s appetite for upscale living, such as an expansive club room with gaming tables, a speak-easy style bar, a co-working lounge with offices and a Wi-Fi cafe, an H20 lounge, private offices and conference rooms, a high-end demonstration kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center on two floors with a dedicated yoga studio and private garages.
