Presidium, a diversified real estate investment and management company, advances its three-phase development plan of 1,100 units

Fort Worth (Tarrant County)Presidium, a diversified real estate investment and management company, is advancing its three-part, 1,100-unit development plan in North Fort Worth with the lease of the first phase of Presidium Berkshire.

The 340-unit, 352,000-square-foot luxury community is located in the rapidly developing area where notable businesses such as Facebook, Amazon, Bell, BNSF Railroad and Charles Schwab calls home and is close to the sought after entertainment district Alliance City Center (ATC).

While the Presidium Berkshire is currently leasing units, this first phase of the project is expected to be fully completed in early 2023.

Designed by Dallas O’Brien Architectseach of Presidium Berkshire’s units will offer nine-foot ceilings, natural wood-inspired floors, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances surrounded by quartz-style countertops, built-in desks and mudrooms, spacious balconies, walk-in closets, in- Front-loading washer and dryer with designated fold-out space, walk-in showers with garden-style tubs, and high-end finishes.

For even more convenience, each unit includes keyless entry doors, built-in USB ports and Honeywell thermostats, which allow residents to control temperature, monitor humidity and access lighting remotely from their wireless devices. In addition, all apartments will be connected by a series of air-conditioned interior corridors with elevators for maximum comfort all year round.

Future residents of Presidium Berkshire will enjoy a variety of unique amenities and upscale interiors catering to the modern tenant’s appetite for upscale living, such as an expansive club room with gaming tables, a speak-easy style bar, a co-working lounge with offices and a Wi-Fi cafe, an H20 lounge, private offices and conference rooms, a high-end demonstration kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center on two floors with a dedicated yoga studio and private garages.

Outdoor facilities will include a dog park, pet grooming station, car wash, electric vehicle charging stations, a resort-style swimming pool with fountain water features, a spacious deck on the second-floor rooftop overlooking the pool and an outdoor kitchen with multiple grills.

Located at 9632 Berkshire Lake Blvd. on a 26-acre site, Presidium Berkshire capitalizes on all that North Fort Worth has to offer, from a wide variety of attractions, such as retail, dining and entertainment at Presidio Town Crossing, as well as medical services and substantial office and industrial space.

The first phase of the Presidium Berkshire project is set to begin housing residents in October, offering units ranging from $1,480 for a studio to $2,690 for a three-bedroom apartment per month. In the second phase of the project, due to start later this year, Presidium plans to develop an additional 302 apartments next to the original Presidium Berkshire building.
