Ramada by Wyndham is looking for a Director of Catering to help discover and share global culinary delights; Launches a global search for a cultural brand ambassador with a salary of $10,000

PARSIPPANY, NJ – Sampling the sizzling street tacos of Mexico, inhaling the bold aroma of Turkish coffee, discovering the most pungent chimichurri in Argentina – it’s a job any foodie would covet and now it could be yours. Ramada by Wyndham, one of the world’s best-known hotel brands, is looking for its very first Chief Catering Officer (“CEO”), a newly created position that will take one lucky job seeker around the world to help the brand discover and share some of the world’s finest culinary and cultural delights. Even better, the concert is accompanied by a $10,000 pay and bragging rights as the most appetizing job ever.

Known for its diverse portfolio of award-winning hotels in more than 63 countries around the world, Ramada helps travelers discover the world. The appointed “CEO” will be tasked with learning about the culture and cuisine of five different continents and creatively showcasing their findings on social media and brand marketing channels. In exchange, the selected candidate will receive $10,000 and one $150 a daily travel allowance to help them get the most out of their globetrotting adventure. The “CEO Comp Package” also includes paid air travel and accommodations, an upgrade to Wyndham Rewards Diamond Membership, and unforgettable travel experiences.

About the role:

The chief officer eats her responsibilities include traveling the world for up to three weeks and documenting a curated list of social media must-haves. The CEO’s creative content and experiences will be featured on the Ramada brand website and social media to help inspire other travelers to experience the world with Ramada.


Visit up to eight countries during a three-week trip.

Document travel and culinary adventures in real time with unique photos, videos and written content.

Inspire others around the world by sharing your experiences on your social networks.


Active and knowledgeable on various social media accounts (ICT Tac and Instagram favorite).

Fluent English spoken and written.

At least 21 years old with a valid passport.

Availability to travel for up to three weeks during the summer of 2023.

Self-proclaimed foodie.

Strong writing skills (necessary for writing blogs).

Comfortable working remotely and to deadlines.

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on requirements set forth by each country to be visited.

$10,000 payday.

$150 daily travel allowance of up to three weeks.

Round-trip economy class airfare.

Paid accommodation for up to three weeks at Ramada by Wyndham hotels.
